Upon request, at AGI’s discretion, technical support for versions beyond five years from the release may be made available. For AGI products released post-August 2021, AGI provides technical support for the current version as well as the two previous versions of the software. This applies to all versions of the software other than maintenance releases. As noted in the AGI Software License Agreements, for AGI products released before Aug 2021, AGI provides technical support for a version of STK software up to a maximum of five years from the release of that version of the software.
